Good morning! I am a geriatrics fellow in a program in NYC. I was hoping to do some research regarding the gay elderly. Who should I contact? Thank you!

Dear Fellow, You have an ambitious goal and the first step would be to call SAGE at 212 741-2247 and explain what you want. I would suggest that you have specific questions beforehand so that the receptionist can direct you more easily. Are you interested in the medical, social services or advocacy aspect of SAGE's programs? The social services covers services to homebound seniors as well as the social programs at different SAGE sites. And there are the issues of nursing homes and those living at home. The more specific your questions, the better they will be able to help you. Good luck, Harold
