Q: Marriage
I've been dating a guy in Greece for the past 2 years. He managed to come to visit me in L.A 2 times and recently, I have gone there to visit him. I am trying to get him over here in US, but whatever options I've tried, nothing worked, including work permit, exchange student, etc. Now, my last option would be marriage. I know that the gay marriage is not acceptable by the INS, I was wondering if marrying a lesbian, who's interested to marry him would be a good option, or not? And if so, is there a way, I can put an ad somewhere for request?
Please advice me on that, as it is extremely important for me to have my partner to be in US, as soon as it gets.

Dear Roy, Computer problems have prevented access which is why it has taken so long to answer your question. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be answered in this forum. This is a legal question for which you have to have professional advice. Check out your nearest LGBT community center. Given the current status of immigration problems, this is not something you can advertise as this kind of marriage is illegal. Good luck on your pursuit to be with your partner. Harold
